IRIS Software Group Named One of the Best Places to Work for Women™ in the UK for Five Years in a Row

London, UK – 30 July 2025 – IRIS Software Group (IRIS), has been recognized as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women, marking its fifth consecutive year on the prestigious list from Great Place to Work® UK, the global authority on workplace culture.

This year, IRIS ranked 29th out of 55 in the Super Large (1,000+ employees) category, up from last year’s ranking of 34th. This ranking was driven by the results of the annual Great Place to Work® survey which assesses how well organizations create a positive and equitable environment for all employees, with an emphasis on the experience of female employees.

48% of IRIS’ workforce is female, this figure is well above the global industry average of 26% – reflecting IRIS’ commitment to creating a truly inclusive workplace where women are empowered to thrive. Its gender equality strategy is supported by a number of initiatives, including a dedicated THRIVE program that continues to drive progress in gender equality by hosting events, advocating to close the gender pay gap, and increasing women’s representation at all levels.
