What’s new in the staff payroll: Summer Renewal 2025

While summer may soon end, everything starts to heat up in the staff of staff.

Our team has worked hard, improve and renew system functionality.

On this blog, I have discussed some of the latest updates, highlighting changes and what it means to you.

Scheduling Payslip

Payroll Staff now has a new option to schedule Slip Pays.

Users have an option to release a paysshape slip when they are completed or to schedule release.

When scheduling a salary slip, you can choose up to five days before the payment day, whether it is a working day or calendar date, in addition to choosing the time at which they will be released.

Reduction of Export/Import Employee Payment + Update Existing Benefits Through Import

With our new imports, you will be able to make and renew the reducing employee payments, reduce the need for manual intervention.

Import logic is based on unique identification, updating the existing payment path, if there is something already there.

This means you can easily update aspects such as salaries and add additional benefits, such as car benefits.

Users now also have the ability to create and update existing benefits – Imports following the same logic, using unique identification.

Send payments to external payment providers

Payroll users now have the ability to repost payments.

If you choose to use one of our payment connectors, you can send files once more if there is a validation error or sort the code in your first upload.

Bulk Eyfps Submission

Following the latest updates, you can now choose some employees when sending Eyfps, making the process much more efficient.

Retirement/new bank output

In payroll staff, we support many pension providers, and in the latest updates, we now add Aegon Smart registered.

Likewise, we have also added an additional bank format, including JP Morgan And Virgin money.

Employee age display

This update is highly requested on us Idea portal: Employee age display.

The latest updates now display the age of employees in addition to their birth date, so you can quickly see information at a glance.
