Iris Software Group called Great Place to Work ™ in India for the 3rd year respectively

London, England – August 12, 2025 -IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has been certified as a good place to work ™ in India, where the Iris Center of Excellence is based, for the third year in a row.

This certification comes from Great Place to Work®, a global authority about the workplace culture, following the results in anonymous employee surveys. This year, 88 percent of respondents agreed with the statement ‘Considering everything, I will say this is a good place to work’ – up from 79 percent last year, highlighting the commitment of Iris to improve on the workplace.

Annual surveys measure various factors such as experience at work, welfare at work, initiative of involvement, and trust in leadership. Iris scored extraordinary goals in a number of areas, especially:

• The communities in India have built a strong sense of togetherness, rooted in trust and mutual respect, and feel they are able to achieve a healthy balance of work life
• Collaboration – Leaders are approached and prioritize open and honest communication, empower the team to share ideas, collaborate freely, and feel proud of what they do
• Adam – his colleagues recognize that they are treated fairly, and consider iris as a place of work that embraces individuality and provides the same opportunity to all employees
