Clothing7 has brought a major update for My Talking Friend Tomwhich changes how the Bus Travel feature works. The game’s smaller session-based activities have now been transformed into a more open exploration system, and while the extra freedom we get is an exciting element, there are more surprises.
Although my title spoils your surprise a bit, yes, with this update, three new places have been added: Schools, Malls, And HOSPITAL. I know you’re probably wondering what we’ve got with these new places. Let me explain everything you need to know.

The bus is still parked outside the house as before, but now functions more as a gateway to various areas rather than as a short event. With the addition of three locations, the idea here is to make the world feel more connected, where you can constantly move between locations and continue to create your own story without interruption.
So let’s talk about multi-room goals. In the beginning, we had Hospitals. With you wearing a white coat, you can use medical equipment, run X-ray scans, set up beds, and treat characters using different equipment.
Meanwhile, it is easy for the School to understand what will be there. Yes, we’re going to take a trip down memory lane, where you take classrooms, science experiments, biology labs, locker hallways, and outdoor activity areas leading to a more nostalgic school environment. Of course the learning part this time was fun.
After you work in a hospital and study hard at school, you definitely need a place to hang out, right? That’s where Mall helps you. Designed as a social and entertainment space, here we can explore the changing rooms, retail area, grocery store and entertainment zone.
Outfit7 says this update shifts gameplay away from isolated activities and more towards continuous exploration and experimentation, with a focus on creativity and player-driven play. We are encouraged to test interactions, explore different rooms, and form our own stories using the expanded environment.
This comes as My Talking Tom Friends surpassed 1.9 billion downloads worldwide, making it one of Outfit7’s biggest titles. The new update is now available, and the game can be downloaded on Android and iOS.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google.
